Founded in 2013, Prontoly’s mission is to make sure that, with as little intervention as possible, all devices can talk to each other over a sonic interface.
By mastering the sonic signal-processing domain, Prontoly is redefining the way devices communicate out-of-band, pair and authenticate.
Prontoly is today considered to be a leader in Ultrasonic triggering, identification and authentication and is engaged in developing a unique core technology which is able to provide application developers with a unique layer of, never before seen, sonic communication, authentication and paring.
Moreover, Prontoly features unique abilities to filter activity based on distance and direction.Prontoly technology, a cross-OS, Software-only solution, has the ability to be applied over a myriad of market verticals, and can be seamlessly integrated within multiple solutions, thus enables any device equipped with a speaker and a microphone to become an ultrasonic proximity sensor. The technology is currently empowering Person to System authentication (e.g. Payment solutions, banking, secure login), Device to Environment connectivity (e.g. OOB pairing, direction/distance filtering) or Sonic QR solution providing the ability to embed and decode alphanumeric information over sound.
Prontoly works closely with the SIPL – Signal & Image Processing Lab in the Technion – Institute of Technology. And is cooperating with major industry infrastructure leaders.

Our Offering
Prontoly offers: 2-factor Authentication, IoT pairing and distance/direction filtering, and data transfer. Device to Device solution which provides Out of Band Pairing, Distance and Directional filtering, Device to Device connectivity and Data transfer. Person to Device connectivity provides Authentication over Cloud, POS, Media Devices and P2P.
